Nordlicht 2012 Wristbands

Description
Because the Organizers of the Nordlicht needed to be recognized as organizers, we had the idea of creating special wristbands, with the availability to also be visible in the dark.
So, i started to create Wristbands and after a few tries with paper, plastic and fabrics i cam up with the idea of using flexible PCBs.
First i measured the size of the wristbands, and markered them. I decided to use the "edding" method for etching, because it is the cheapest method and its fast when you need to draw a lot.
I etched and cutted them and soldered up the SMD LEDs. For the Skin i used fabrics a friend of mine created for me. I used normal ethyl alcohol to clean the etched sheets before soldering.
After everything was done, i tested the battery lifetime.. it came up to 4-5 days which was more than enough for the party tho :).
